Poha …

I love to begin my day with a plate of poha (flattened rice) or (aval upma as a Malayalee would call it) with extra finely chopped onions & coriander leaves and a tablespoon full of freshly grated coconut. I didn’t have groundnuts today, so this one comes without them.

              1. The summer heat seems to be sapping energy out of you!!πŸ˜„πŸ˜„….on my side it’s the opposite…been quite active on the blogging front lately and trying to do different things…last weekend watched avengers…did you watch it?

      1. At our place I have been doing it once a week or once a fortnight as it was a staple bf some time back and I had gotten quite, er, fed up of it! πŸ˜›
        Adding fried peanuts makes it tastier. As does adding a dash of lemon juice along with the grated coconut and coriander . πŸ™‚
