Where the rain gods reside

some days are like that. We went in search of a plate of biriyani, a taste we were used to for a while, but fell off the habit because we moved houses, we moved parts. We went back today, with another to show them the place… What we realized is this place was home, is home and will be home for a while… … I just realized today, I went back home to a place I stayed for a few months, but was so much part of me, that everything about it made me at home … in those corners, streets, the markets and hills and the greens, the vadapav vendors, the drycleaners, the circles, the footpath, even the flowers strewn on the roads carelessly by the winds that brought the rains … #roadtrips #foodtales #mumbai
