Do you get bored of people?

I find that I do, many times & I have wondered why.

  1. Interesting question! I do get bored with boring people, particularly those with ill-formed, closed-minded little brains.

To quote Bertrand Russel: “The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, and wiser people so full of doubts.”

  2. Not really. I mean if you are like minded and connect on many levels you may never get bored because you’ll be having new experiences to share everyday. However if people have limited interests or few areas of interest in common with you, then you may get bored. Sometimes you simply outgrow people because you may evlove or change while they may not.

..and my comment is longer than your post.

    1. Who was saying of getting rid of them, Biks, my friend.. that means, you do get bored but are too polite to tell them, so you bear the pain.. 🙂 Like beauty, boring is also in the mind of the listener. makes sense, is that what you meant.. wake up and answer whenever 😀

    1. so the art of speaking/oratory has to be involved.. plus, the person should not bluff.. is that what you were saying Sakthi? True, an erudite person with a gift of the gab can enthrall their audience without a hint of boredom 🙂

        1. Hahaha! But isn’t a harmless bluff a quality too? I’m just needling something in as the devil’s advocate.. , (not in favour at all) so the basic trait needs to be well read in some form or the other.. and speak/write (in the case of blogging) well. right?
